Sometimes, we receive audio to mix that is not quite ideal. This could be down to a lack of experience by the recording engineer or artist, or constraints on the recording session. In the first of an occasional series, I'm going to explore how to make the best out of a bad situation, and get great results!

In this example, I describe how I took a lacklustre D.I. acoustic guitar and magically transformed it into a rich, resonant MIKED acoustic guitar (well, kinda...)!
